How to Soothe a High Fever
Squeeze the juice out of 2-4 lemons onto a cloth in a bowl.
Pour hot (but not too hot!) water onto the cloth until it is thoroughly wet.
Quickly wrap the piece of cloth around your (or family member’s) foot.
Place a wool or other thick sock on top of the cloth.
Repeat for the other foot.
Allow these to stay on the feet until the cloths are no longer hot.
